Okay we now have an actual VIP system ... basically if you donate $10, you get a VIP tag (and a discount on permanent items), which allows you to use the VIP classes (Merc, Specialist, Special Agent). After so many people asking, here is a list of current VIP benefits:

-Specialist: Spy Kit, VIP Lockpick, USP
-Mercenary: VIP Lockpick, TMP, Spawns w/ 100 armor
-Special Agent: Spy Kit, MP5, Aug, Normal cop weapons
-Higher prop limit (15)
-10 extra bank slots (total of 30)
-Double Printer Management, Criminal, Law Enforcement, and Mining XP
-50% more running XP
-Half priced perma items (when purchased ingame)
-One extra /demote typed in chat to begin demotion against VIPs
-Reserved slot access

I've also broken down the perma items into $5, $10, and $15 categories:
$5 - Corvette, Golf, Jeep, Airboat, USP, Deagle, Glock, Five Seven
$10 - UMP, MP5, Mac10, P90, M4A1, AK47, Galil, Shotgun, Famas
$15 - M249 SAW

With the addition of Mining we now also offer:
$20 - Defibrillator (includes gem combination info)
$20 - Lockpick (includes gem combination info)
$20 - Shovel (includes gem combination info)
$10 - Diamond
$5 - Obsidian

Perma Hats are now offered:
$10 - Turtle Hat
$10 - Traffic Hat
$10 - Plant Hat

Specialty Weapons/Items:
$15 - Crowbar
$15 - Dart Gun
$15 - Teleporter

I would also like to stress that by donating, you are offering me money to help with server costs. The rewards you get in return are me expressing my gratitude. You are not BUYING items for cash. I don't want people who donate to have unfair advantages over people who maybe don't have the money to donate ... but it does cost money to do all this stuff, so I want to be able to say "thank you" to anyone willing to help me out.

I'm not going to bother with any kind of legal disclaimer at this point ... any money sent to me is a donation, and anything you receive in return is a gift. Also considering the fact that VIP members get discounted items, we cannot offer refunds (or people would just buy VIP, buy their items, and ask for a refund). However if you accidently double-donate or send more money than intended, we will of course issue a refund in such situations. That should about cover it. If you don't see your items in-game within 24 hours of sending a donation, though, get in touch with someone and we'll get it put through ASAP.
I have had inquiries about purchasing admin, and the answer is no, admin is not for sale. We do however require admins to be VIPs, so if you are interested in applying for admin, a donation will be mandatory before the application can be accepted. With the high volume of admin applications on the forums, this policy helps us sift through and find those applicants who are more likely to become longtime players.
